1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Cut Like a Master™.
By accessing or using our website, educational platform, digital content, live sessions, private communities, or related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, students, purchasers, and participants engaging with Cut Like a Master™, Paul Dare Education, and The Dare Corporation Pty Ltd.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our website, platform, or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in Cut Like a Master™ programs, products, or services.
By accessing or purchasing from our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Website Use
You agree to use this website, platform, and all associated services for lawful, professional, and legitimate purposes only.
You must not:
- engage in fraudulent activity or deceptive conduct
- interfere with website security, platform functionality, or system operations
- attempt unauthorized access to systems, student accounts, admin areas, or protected content
- share login credentials or provide unauthorized access to third parties
- copy, scrape, download, reproduce, record, or redistribute protected course materials without permission
- use the Program for unauthorized internal salon training, staff education, or team access without the appropriate licensing
- make fraudulent purchases, abusive chargebacks, or misuse payment plans
- impersonate another person or business entity
- harass, threaten, abuse, intimidate, or behave inappropriately toward staff, students, or community members
- use the platform for unlawful, harmful, defamatory, deceptive, or commercially exploitative purposes
- misuse content, downloads, educational resources, or community spaces
Misuse includes any behaviour that compromises platform integrity, breaches licensing terms, violates intellectual property rights, undermines the safety or professional standards of the Cut Like a Master™ community, or causes reputational harm to the business, educators, or members.
This includes behaviour intended to disrupt the learning environment, damage professional reputation, intimidate staff or students, publicly create hostility, or misuse community spaces for personal grievances, harassment, or bad-faith conduct.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
- abusive public complaints within private student spaces
- disruptive profile names, posts, or comments designed to create conflict
- repeated hostile behaviour toward educators, staff, or members
- attempts to pressure refunds through public disruption rather than formal support channels
- behaviour that undermines the trust, safety, or professional integrity of the community
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, terminate access, revoke licenses, or pursue legal action where misuse is identified.
4. Course Access & Platform Delivery
Access to digital programs is delivered through our online learning platform hosted by Kajabi.
Upon successful purchase, students receive login access via email.
Access is granted as a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to the enrolled user only and may not be shared, transferred, resold, distributed, sublicensed, or provided to any third party without prior written permission.
This includes:
- password sharing
- staff sharing
- salon-wide access
- team login rotation
- unauthorized internal staff training
For specific licensing, refund, payment, and purchase conditions, please refer to the separate Purchase Agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within the Cut Like a Master™ platform remains the exclusive intellectual property of The Dare Corporation Pty Ltd and Paul Dare.
This includes but is not limited to:
- videos
- written lessons
- educational systems
- the 5T System™
- Dare Chisel®
- graphics
- downloads
- templates
- branding
- trade names
- logos
- teaching methods
- live session recordings
- community resources
- training frameworks
- educational methodologies
You may not reproduce, copy, record, distribute, sell, republish, teach publicly, modify, license, or commercially use any content without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
6. Community Conduct
If you participate in:
- Masters in the Making, Skool community
- private WhatsApp groups
- live mentoring sessions via Zoom call
- comment sections
- private student spaces
you agree to communicate respectfully and professionally.
We reserve the right to remove access to the community and/or Program without refund if behaviour is deemed:
- harmful
- abusive
- defamatory
- dishonest
- disruptive
- inappropriate
- disrespectful
- in violation of these Terms
Professional conduct and mutual respect are required at all times.
Participants may not use Cut Like a Master™, Masters in the Making, private WhatsApp groups, live sessions, or any associated community spaces to market, promote, recruit for, or sell their own products, services, courses, coaching, salon offers, affiliate programs, or competing educational programs without prior written permission.
Unsolicited direct messaging, student recruitment, lead generation, client prospecting, or promotional behaviour directed toward other members is strictly prohibited.
This includes both public posts and private outreach initiated through the community.
Any misuse of the community for self-promotion, solicitation, or commercial gain may result in immediate removal from the Program and community without refund.
6A. Community Privacy & Confidentiality
Masters in the Making Skool community, private WhatsApp groups, live mentoring sessions via Zoom call, group discussions, private student spaces, and all associated community environments are private educational spaces intended to support professional growth, honest discussion, and peer learning.
By participating in these spaces, you agree to respect the privacy, confidentiality, and professional trust of all members.
Students are welcome to share their personal experiences, progress, haircut transformations, testimonials, and general participation in Cut Like a Master™ on social media and professional platforms.
However, students may not publicly share, post, record, reproduce, distribute, republish, or save:
- full lesson content
- module recordings
- live mentoring sessions
- paid training materials
- downloadable resources
- private community discussions
- screenshots of protected course content
- recordings of Zoom sessions
- confidential WhatsApp messages
- Skool posts or private discussions
- other students’ private content without permission
You must not:
- screenshot, screen record, copy, or save community conversations for external use
- share WhatsApp messages, Skool posts, comments, Zoom discussions, or private member content outside the community
- distribute student conversations, coaching discussions, feedback, or private interactions without express written permission
- reproduce live session content for public or commercial use
- disclose confidential information shared by other members
This includes both written and verbal communication shared within:
- Masters in the Making, Skool community discussions
- private WhatsApp groups
- live coaching calls via Zoom
- private feedback environments
Sharing must not infringe on intellectual property rights, member privacy, or the confidentiality of private learning spaces.
All participants are expected to maintain professional discretion and respect the privacy of fellow members.
Any breach of confidentiality, misuse of private community content, or behaviour that compromises member trust may result in immediate removal from the community and/or Program without refund.
We reserve the right to request removal of content that breaches these Terms and to protect the integrity, privacy, and safety of all participants within these spaces.
7. Disclaimers
Cut Like a Master™ provides educational content and professional development only.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes relating to:
- income
- business growth
- client retention
- employment opportunities
- technical mastery
- salon success
- professional advancement
Results depend on individual implementation, consistency, capacity, effort and application.
All information is provided for educational purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Dare Corporation Pty Ltd, Paul Dare, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the website, Program, or services.
This includes but is not limited to:
- business interruption losses
- financial losses
- professional losses
- indirect commercial damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, your use of the website, Program, and services is at your sole risk.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to monitor account access patterns, login behaviour, IP address usage, geographic access locations, device activity, and other reasonable usage indicators to protect the integrity of our platform, intellectual property, licensing structure, and private community spaces.
Accounts suspected of unauthorized sharing, misuse, redistribution, suspicious login activity, access abuse, or breach of licensing terms may be restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated without notice and without refund where applicable.
We reserve the right to investigate unusual account behaviour including, but not limited to:
- multiple users accessing a single account
- suspicious repeated logins
- repeat logins from inconsistent locations
- suspicious device activity
- unauthorized staff or team sharing
- attempts to bypass licensing restrictions
- redistribution of paid content
- misuse of private community access
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our website, platform, community spaces, or services where we believe these Terms have been violated.
This includes but is not limited to:
- account sharing
- payment default
- intellectual property misuse
- abusive conduct
- fraudulent activity
- breach of licensing terms
- unauthorized commercial use
Additional invoices may be issued where unauthorized multi-user access is identified.
Legal action may be pursued where necessary.
Termination may occur without notice and without refund where applicable. We reserve the right to suspend access without prejudice to any other legal rights available to us.
10. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party providers including but not limited to:
- Kajabi
- Stripe
- PayPal
- Skool
- Zoom
- Calendly
We are not responsible for service interruptions, platform outages, or technical issues caused by third-party providers beyond our control.
Use of those services may also be subject to their own independent Terms & Conditions.
11. Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined in that policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
Any disputes arising from the use of this website or services shall be subject to Australian Consumer Law and, where appropriate, mediation prior to further legal action.
Jurisdiction remains exclusively within South Australia.
