Cut Like a Master™ — Purchase Agreement
1. Parties
This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between The Dare Corporation Pty Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Dare Corporation”), trading as Paul Dare Education and Cut Like a Master™, and the purchaser (“you,” “your,” or “Participant”).
By completing your purchase of Cut Like a Master™: Foundations, or Cut Like a Master™: Live Mentorship, Dare Chisel®, or any related products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement, our Website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any associated policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not proceed with purchase.
2. Product Description
Your purchase may include one of the following learning formats under the Cut Like a Master™ framework:
Cut Like a Master™: Foundations
Cut Like a Master™: Foundations is the self-paced digital learning program designed for independent study and technical skill development.
Foundations includes:
- full access to the core digital haircutting curriculum hosted on Kajabi
- the 5T System™ framework
- ongoing access to purchased course materials under the Lifetime Access terms outlined in this Agreement
Foundations does not include:
- weekly live Zoom mentoring sessions
- private WhatsApp group access
- live coaching or direct mentorship
- Masters in the Making Skool community access (unless specifically stated as part of a promotional offer)
- private accountability support
Optional Add-On
- Dare Chisel® (physical haircutting tool)
Cut Like a Master™: Live Mentorship
Cut Like a Master™: Live Mentorship is the higher-support guided learning experience designed for stylists seeking accountability, coaching and direct mentorship.
Live Mentorship includes:
- full access to the complete 5T System™ framework
- weekly live Zoom call mentoring sessions
- Masters in the Making private Skool community access
- private WhatsApp group access
- live mentorship support and accountability structure
- additional community-based learning and implementation support
- Dare Chisel® (physical haircutting tool)
Upgrade Pathway
Students who purchase Cut Like a Master™: Foundations may be eligible to upgrade into Cut Like a Master™: Live Mentorship.
Where offered, a credit may be applied toward Cut Like a Master™: Live Mentorship enrollment based on the current promotional structure at the time of upgrade.
Upgrade terms, pricing and credit eligibility remain at the sole discretion of Cut Like a Master™ and may change over time.
Access to the above components collectively forms the “Program.”
3. Immediate Access & Delivery
Upon successful purchase, participants will receive access to the relevant Program based on their selected offer.
Cut Like a Master™: Foundations
Foundations students receive immediate access to the self-paced digital course content via our online learning platform hosted by Kajabi upon successful payment, unless otherwise stated.
Cut Like a Master™: Live Mentorship
Live Mentorship participants will receive immediate access to the course platform and onboarding details upon successful purchase.
The live mentoring component, including weekly Zoom sessions, private WhatsApp group access, and Masters in the Making Skool community participation, will commence at the advertised program start date for the relevant Live Mentorship intake.
Program commencement dates are communicated during the application and enrollment process and may vary by intake.
Early access to selected learning materials may be provided prior to the official Live Mentorship start date where applicable.
Dare Chisel®
The Dare Chisel® is included as part of the Live Mentorship Program enrollment.
For Foundations students, the Dare Chisel® is available as an optional add-on purchase at checkout.
If purchased or included, the Dare Chisel® will be shipped to the delivery address provided during enrollment.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on stock availability and delivery location.
You will receive login details and access instructions via email for all applicable digital products and community spaces.
Digital access is granted upon successful payment unless otherwise stated.
4. Definition of Lifetime Access
“Lifetime Access” refers to ongoing access to the Cut Like a Master™ Online Program and purchased learning materials for as long as these services are actively offered and maintained by The Dare Corporation Pty Ltd.
This includes continued access to the core Cut Like a Master™ curriculum and future updates or improvements made to the existing 5T System™ training framework.
If the Program or platform is ever discontinued, we will provide at least 60 days’ notice and, where practical, provide a downloadable or archived version of your training materials.
Lifetime access includes:
- the original purchased core training content
- updates and improvements made to the existing 5T System™ curriculum
- refinements to lessons within the purchased Program structure
Lifetime access does not include:
- entirely new standalone paid courses
- separate premium mentorship programs
- future advanced specialty programs outside the original Program scope
- third-party services outside our control
- unlimited 1:1 coaching or private mentorship
- future enterprise licensing rights
- separate advanced or premium training programs unless specifically included
Bonus content, additional resources, or promotional inclusions may be added from time to time at the sole discretion of Cut Like a Master™ and are not guaranteed as part of Lifetime Access unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.
5. Payment, Refunds & Commercial Purchase Policy
All payments are processed securely via approved third-party payment providers including Stripe, PayPal and Kajabi Payments.
Individual Consumer Purchases
You have 14 days from the date of enrollment to explore the Program.
If you determine the Program is not suitable, you may request a full refund by emailing support@cutlikeamaster.com within the 14-day period.
After 14 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- change of mind after the 14-day period
- failure to participate or complete the Program
- lack of implementation or action taken
- perceived lack of results, as outcomes depend on individual effort and application
Commercial, Franchise & Multi-License Purchases
For salon groups, franchise owners, business operators, education managers, team purchases, or any multi-license commercial purchases:
No refunds will be provided once access to any part of the Program has been granted.
Bulk commercial purchases are considered final sale due to immediate access to proprietary intellectual property, licensing allocation, and enterprise training protection.
Payment Plans
Where payment plans are offered, all scheduled payments remain legally binding until paid in full.
Failure to complete payments may result in:
- suspension of access
- removal from communities
- revocation of course access
- debt recovery action where applicable
6. Physical Product — Dare Chisel®
If purchased, the Dare Chisel® is covered under The Dare Corporation Returns Policy.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you receive:
- a faulty or damaged item
- an incorrect item
you must notify us within 2 business days of delivery.
All returns must be pre-approved by contacting Customer Service at support@cutlikeamaster.com
Returned items must be:
- unused
- in original condition
- properly packaged for resale
Approved returns will receive a refund of the purchase price excluding shipping costs.
We are not responsible for:
- damage during return transit
- lost return parcels not received by us

7. License of Use
When you enroll in Cut Like a Master™, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for your own personal and professional development only.
This license does not permit:
- password sharing
- staff sharing
- salon-wide access
- team rotation access
- internal business training redistribution
- resale or sublicensing
- public teaching using our proprietary systems without written approval
- screening lessons for teams without enterprise licensing
The license remains the property of The Dare Corporation Pty Ltd and may be revoked if these terms are breached.
7A. Commercial, Franchise & Multi-User Purchases
Where purchases are made by salon owners, franchisees, business operators, education managers, or companies for staff development purposes:
One License = One Individual User
Each participating stylist or staff member must hold their own separate paid license.
Licenses are issued:
- per person
- not per salon
- not per franchise
- not per owner
- not per business group
Ownership of multiple salons does not permit shared access across locations unless the correct number of licenses has been purchased.
Licenses may not be:
- rotated between staff
- transferred freely
- shared across multiple locations
- used as a team login
Bulk purchase pricing does not remove the one-license-per-user requirement.
7B. Internal Team Training Restrictions
Cut Like a Master™ may not be used as an internal training system for salons, teams, franchise groups, or businesses without the appropriate number of purchased licenses.
Managers, owners, educators, or trainers may not:
- purchase one account for multiple employees
- use the Program for staff meetings without the appropriate number of purchased licenses
- screen lessons for teams without the appropriate number of purchased licenses
- teach internal training sessions using our proprietary systems without the appropriate number of purchased licenses
- distribute lesson content to staff without proper licensing
Separate enterprise licensing agreements may be offered for approved large-scale training partnerships.
Additional invoices may be issued where unauthorized multi-user access is identified.
Legal action may be pursued where necessary.
8. Account Access & Security
Your login credentials are issued for your personal use only and form part of your individual course license.
Sharing, reselling, distributing login details, or providing unauthorized access to course materials is strictly prohibited.
For commercial, franchise, and multi-user purchases, access is granted strictly on a one-license-per-user basis. Licenses may not be shared across staff, salons, teams, or multiple business locations without the appropriate number of purchased licenses.
We reserve the right to monitor account access patterns, login behaviour, IP address usage, geographic access locations, device activity, and other reasonable usage indicators to protect the integrity of our platform, intellectual property, licensing structure, and private community spaces.
We reserve the right to investigate unusual account behaviour including, but not limited to:
- multiple users accessing a single account
- suspicious repeated logins
- repeated logins from inconsistent locations
- suspicious device activity
- unauthorized staff or team sharing
- attempts to bypass licensing restrictions
- redistribution of paid content
- misuse of private community access
- unauthorized internal business training using a single license
Accounts suspected of unauthorized sharing, misuse, redistribution, suspicious login activity, access abuse, or breach of licensing terms may be restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated without notice and without refund where applicable.
Additional licensing invoices may be issued where unauthorized multi-user access is identified.
Enterprise licensing requirements may be enforced where business-scale internal training use is identified.
Legal action may be pursued where necessary.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension, termination, additional licensing charges, or legal enforcement without refund where applicable.
9. Intellectual Property
All content within the Program, including but not limited to:
- videos
- written lessons
- educational frameworks
- audio
- downloads
- graphics
- templates
- tools
- trade names
- logos
- Dare Chisel®
- the 5T System™
- all teaching methods and associated materials
remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Dare Corporation Pty Ltd and Paul Dare.
You may not reproduce, record, modify, copy, distribute, republish, sell, teach publicly, license, or use commercially without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination and legal action.
10. Disclaimer
The Program is educational in nature and designed for professional development purposes.
Results vary based on:
- individual skill
- implementation
- consistency
- professional effort
- practical application
We make no guarantees regarding:
- income
- client acquisition
- employment outcomes
- technical mastery
- business growth
- salon success
Your success depends on your own action and application.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Dare Corporation Pty Ltd, Paul Dare, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any:
- indirect damages
- incidental damages
- consequential damages
- special damages
- business interruption losses
- financial losses arising from participation
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Program.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia.
Any disputes arising from the use of this Program shall be resolved under Australian Consumer Law and, where appropriate, through mediation prior to further legal action.
Jurisdiction remains exclusively within South Australia.
13. Acceptance
By completing your purchase, you confirm that:
- you have read and understood this Agreement
- you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to seek independent legal or professional advice before purchase
- you agree to abide by its terms
- you are purchasing for personal or professional use only
- you are not purchasing for resale, redistribution, or unauthorized internal business training
